Return Policy
Order Cancellation
We accept order cancellations prior to product shipment or production. If an order is canceled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel an order if the product has already shipped.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept returns. Customers have the right to request a return within 30 days of product delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging. Please consult with our customer service staff to ensure that you send the package to the correct address.
Caution
Customized or personalized items are not entitled to a 30-day refund.
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer shall bear the shipping cost. The exact cost is subject to the courier company you choose.
If the item received is damaged or incorrect due to us, the consumer is not responsible for the shipping cost for this.
No restocking fee will be charged to the consumer when returning the product;
Refunds (if applicable)
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will send you a receipt notice via email. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of the refund. If you are approved, we will process your refund and automatically credit your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
